Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between World ArtNSoul Limited and its customers. There will be no variations to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated in writing by World ArtNSoul Limited.

While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. World ArtNSoul Limited takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.

Prices shown on the World ArtNSoul Limited website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason.

World Art N Soul Limited will accept full payment only for any online order made within New Zealand or Worldwide.  Payment can be made via Paypal which also accepts International Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) as payment.  For any other payment arrangements please email info@worldartnsoul.com

Please refer to the website 'Art Box' for sizing details along with extra border dimensions noted in 'What We Do'.  Please note some Artwork giclee prints may be smaller than the original Artwork due to printing canvas size limitations – this will be noted in the ‘Art Box’ of each Artwork where relevant.

Goods are warranted against defective workmanship and material provided that the goods are unmodified in anyway. The warranty covers replacement or repair of the product itself provided that World ArtNSoul Limited is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit.

All copyright ownership is retained by World ArtNSoul Limited.  No copying of Artwork in any format whatsoever is acceptable.

Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery/postage charges are EXTRA as advised in the payment process of ordering.  Delivery times vary with location and delivery is worldwide.  For orders outside of New Zealand the New Zealand Postal Service International or *Express Courier Service is used with delivery approximately 4-6 working days.  This service is tracked with a signature required on delivery.

Dispatch of Artwork
Dispatch of Artwork – All artwork is printed 'on demand' and will therefore be dispatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of the order/payment unless otherwise stated.  All artwork is dispatched rolled in a sturdy tube for postage. We will contact you about any delays and will not proceed without your consent.

Product Range and Availability
All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with World ArtNSoul Limited. However, we accept no responsibility should we be unable to supply ordered goods for any reason.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange it for you no questions asked, provided that any items you wish to exchange are still in their original condition.

Please note that customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item to us and also for the cost of postage for World Art N Soul to send a replacement for 'exchange' purposes only.

Customers also have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply to items returned for damage:
  • Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition.
  • Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact World ArtNSoul Limited within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected - a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
  • A new replacement will be sent as soon as possible with the postage cost to be paid by World ArtNSoul Limited.

Personal Information
Through conducting its normal business, World ArtNSoul Limited may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Access to Personal Information
Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
