Irish Poet W B Yeats has written "How can we know the dancer from the dance"...means an artist has a personal and public career. Surendra shows his viewers his thoughts, feelings and expressions through his paintings. It seems at a glance - he has followed the cubist trend that has followed a long span of time since then; but if observed with interest the art lovers will find a sensible difference while presenting recurring Nepalese characteristics/life in his motif. Therefore - in short as art appreciators we need to understand his intention, purpose, sense, presentation, use of forms, figures, colours in his compositions. As careful observers we find harmony and sweetness in his forms and colours with the presentation of Nepalese characters.
