World Art n Soul is pleased to offer a limited run of 1000 prints of a work by Egyptian artist Ibrahim El Tanbouli, with 20% of the money from sales of this work going to the charity The Little Stars of Luxor.

Born in Alexandria, Egypt, October 1954, El Tanbouli is a passionate painter and sculptor. His works are centered around his perceptions of traditional life in Alexandria and the countryside. Using a palette all his own, El-Tanbouli explores human connections through lucid figures and shapes and brilliant colour contrasts. A master of composition, El-Tanbouli has a way of creating beautiful context with the simplest lines. He explores the themes of relationships, families, workers and mans' connection to animals using dramatic contrasts and intensely rich colours.

El Tanbouli has held many private and group exhibitions in Egypt, Germany, Jordan, Italy, Denmark as well as the Egyptian Academy in Rome.  He also represented Egypt at the Carthage Festival organised by ECUME for Mediterranean countries in Tunisia.  His works can also be found in the private collections of corporations and collectors in Egypt, Jordan, Germany, Italy, England, Denmark, USA, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia.  He has received several prizes including The Alexandria University and the Ministry of Higher Education's prize for all Egyptian Universities.
